Shal-Mar Johnson is the owner of Life By Design, LLC. And a certified mindset coach. Passionate about empowering women and girls, she uses encouragement and support to serve as a bright light for others. She enjoys reading, relaxing, having fun, and practicing self-care, her dedication to supporting others extends through her volunteer work including time spent with Black Girls Corner (2010- 2011), Girls Summit ( 2018-2019), and Conversations of the Heart (2019-present). Additionally, she has been an active member of The Herprenuer Network since 2023 and is set to earn her certification in Positive Psychology in 2024.
